Terms of Service

1. The service

Off the Cuff provides short impromptu speaking practice, AI feedback on recordings, and optional paid speaking challenges with a money-back guarantee when you complete the program rules.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials. Recordings and transcripts are private to your account unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

3. Challenge rules engine

Enrolled challenges use an automated rules engine. Calendar days and deadlines use the Asia/Kolkata timezone unless we notify you otherwise. A day counts as complete only when the engine marks your take as complete.

• Minimum recording length: Each qualifying take must be at least 45 seconds. Shorter recordings are saved as incomplete and do not count toward your streak or daily money-back.
• One completed take per day: You need at least one completed take on each challenge day to keep your streak. Only the first completed take each day earns daily money-back credit.
• Submit before midnight: Completed takes must be submitted before midnight (Asia/Kolkata) on that calendar day. Late-night saves after midnight count toward the next day.
• Missed days (7-day challenge): You may miss up to 1 day during the 7-day Starter. This plan has no daily money-back.
• Missed days (30-day challenge): You may miss up to 3 days during the 30-day challenge and still finish eligible for the full money-back guarantee.
• Missed days (90-day challenge): You may miss up to 6 days during the 90-day challenge and still finish eligible for the full money-back guarantee.

Takes under 45 seconds are stored as incomplete, shown on your dashboard with the reason, and do not earn daily money-back or count as that day's completion.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or hateful content. Do not attempt to abuse the challenge or refund systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to challenge rules will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, in-product before they apply to new enrollments.
